I’ve always believed that the stories we read, the ones we tell ourselves, and the ones we lean on for advice and reassurance shape how we experience life. For women becoming mothers after 40, those stories can be harder to find.
The journey to motherhood after 40 is still less common, and too often misunderstood—or even worse, labeled as unusual or too risky—by others, including professionals. That's why I felt called to create this book: to share our stories, in our own words. Stories of hope, strength, fertility, pregnancy, and motherhood after 40.
